A bank’s Temenos T24-to-Oracle Exadata data flow took more than eight hours. An intermediate transformation layer added complexity and delayed the availability of reporting data.

Connecting the pieces
The architecture was simplified so transformation ran directly within Oracle. Apache Airflow coordinated dependencies, scheduling and recovery, while optimised procedures and monitoring improved operational control.

What changed
The supplied project references report an approximately four-hour processing window and D-1 warehouse availability. A simpler, more observable pipeline supported more predictable daily reporting.
